Once you have received an offer, we will work with you to negotiate the best possible outcome and help you achieve the maximum value from your sale. Once the offer is accepted, we will prepare your Memorandum of Sale, which will be issued to both parties’ solicitors. We will then guide you through the conveyancing process in a clear, prompt, and timely manner. Although it may sound complex, the Memorandum of Sale is a straightforward document containing the seller’s and buyer’s details, along with the property particulars, all set out on a single page and sent to both solicitors to formally initiate the legal process of transferring ownership. If you are part of a chain, we will also monitor and manage the progress throughout, keeping all parties informed and ensuring the chain remains aligned and moving forward efficiently.

exchange, completion
& moving

 

Once we have assisted in agreeing a suitable moving date and progressed your sale through to the exchange of contracts, your transaction will be firmly on track toward completion and your agreed move date.

At the point of exchange of contracts, we will issue our invoice to your solicitor for processing. Payment for our services will then be due and payable on the day of completion, in line with the successful transfer of ownership and final completion of your sale.
